The Post war Ford Mustang is easily one of the most beloved cars of the 20th Century. The brain child of Lee Iacocca it stands as one of most recognized symbols of 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73 and current time. Iacocca had a vision for a Mustang that could be all things to all people. From very a sporty Boss 429 to a 1965 Mustang 6 cylinder family cruiser the Ford Mustang was an immediate sensation in 1965.
