IT IS HARD TO ANSWER THAT QUESTION. THE REASON IS THAT FORD IT ALSO CHANGING THE STYLE OF THE ENGINE EVERY YEAR AND WHAT MAY WHAT TODAY MAY NOT WORK TOMORROW. AS A MATTER OF FACT THE COBRA MUSTANGS AND GT-500 ALL CARRY THE HIGH PERFORMANCE 5.4L V8. AFTER 2010 FORD IS NO LONGER GOING TO USE THE 5.4L BUT START USING A BIGGER V-8 WITH MORE POWER TO COMBAT CHEVROLET 6.0 AND THE DODGE 5.7.

well its going to need a new battery so thats the first thing. it should start after that. not sure how well its going to run tho so might want to tune it up(spark plugs are a definate need) and oil change.
